Charges, Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • We have two apps on the play store, one for the transporter of vehicle- Apnigaddi Partner App and one for hirer-Apnigaddi App

  • All the apps are free of cost to register

  • It is free to use all the Apps

  • Wallet will be integrated to the Apnigaddi Partner App only. If a registered vehicle in the App gets a booking successfully, then rupees 50/- for LCV and rupees 200/- for HCV (including all taxes) will be deducted from the wallet of the Apnigaddi Partner App

  • If the booking gets cancelled by any means and the transporter need refund then they have to email us with valid reason and the reason should be genuine then only the refund will be done within 7 days
